He has over 20 years of experience in marketing, customer service and sales, and excels in client relations by helping people and businesses connect, collaborate and grow.

Jerry is an entrepreneurial executive with an intense desire to help other professionals succeed and prosper, by seeking out unique partnership opportunities and promoting a collaborative approach to business.

 

Connie Contestabile
Director of Sales

After a successful 10 year management career in the banking industry Connie put her talents to work helping business owners with their marketing needs.

As a sales executive with local media companies for the last several years, Connie displayed a tremendous natural ability for helping her clients find creative solutions.

As Director of Sales at The BrandBuilder Company, Connie is now helping business owners build their local brand with website solutions and other internet marketing tools.

 

Brian LePore
Lead Developer / Social Media Manager

Brian is the mayor of The BrandBuilder Company and a contributor to our blog. He is a huge fan of Android.

Brian oversees the development, strategy, and goals for our software development. Through his work in the field of Web Development, Brian has accumulated an extensive knowledge of web standards, browser compatibility, accessibility best practices, and emerging web technologies. He has used this knowledge to develop numerous accessible websites with a high degree of usability.

Brian came to the company after completing his masters in Computational Science at SUNY Brockport. While working on his masters he spent three years as a Web Technician in the Web Services department at SUNY Brockport, and later joined the Web Development team at Monroe Community College.


Kevin Gricius
Director of Client Relations / Project Manager

As the lead project manager, Kevin brings over 9 years of web/graphic design talent and search engine marketing experience to our team and has been involved in more than 150+ web development and search engine marketing campaigns.  

Handling everything from start-up businesses to large corporations, Kevin has encountered and solved a wide range of web development strategies and search engine marketing issues.

This experience uniquely gives Kevin the knowledge necessary to work through any web development and marketing campaign with full confidence and success. 

 

Christine Kretchmer
Project Manager

 Christine works closely with clients in creating, developing, and implementing websites that deliver results.

Christine comes from a background as Marketing Director for a retail/service business for 11 years, spearheading projects that integrated business with the community. She was also the Computer Manager taking care of programming multiple sites throughout the company.

Prior to that, Christine spent 6 years in the human service field, counseling and building confidence with troubled youths. Her background brings a unique perspective and she has developed the ability to create and follow through with many new and exciting projects.

 

Kathy Bills
Office Manager

Kathy is most likely to be the person on the other end of the phone when you call our office. Providing professional and courteous service to our customers is her goal, and she looks forward to getting to know those she helps.

Her proficiency in customer service comes from a background of various administrative support roles in non-profit organizations, government and municipalities, as well as media and marketing companies.
